I can't take the credit for this interesting term. Instead my super fun colleague coined it. She meant it as a career that you love. I also thought it could mean office romance. You choose.

The word "Occupassion" was coined by Stephen R. Gallison a career counselor/outplacement trainer in Maryland in 1996 and is a trademarked term. He has also coined the term "Youthenization" for eliminating early aspects of one's work history in a résumé to help eliminate age bias in the résumé screening process.

Thanks for the info. I just looked. Is the term "OCCUPASSION" a federally registered trademark? While I was not using the term in a trademark sense, I am curious about its status.
